Realizing what an amazing happy ending they could have had after all only to have it scrapped because of a scheduling conflict is like watching "Seeing Red" for the first time all over again. Can we all move to the alternate universe where Amber Benson was available for filming and Buffy fans have the superior season 7?

It breaks my heart, too. I’m hoping that in some crazy universe where Joss is a merciful god, he’ll bring that idea back and use it in Season Nine.

I think the entire fandom- no matter who you ship- can agree that the world would be a happier place if Tara was back in it.
